in the discussion of claim 51. Consequently, we agree with Appellant that the combination
of Asano, Ohmura and Kubon fails to teach the claimed limitation of displaying only the
present position of the vehicle and the selected destination without showing any routing
path interconnecting them.
It is our view, after consideration of the record before us, that the evidence relied
upon and the level of skill in the particular art would have not suggested to one of ordinary
skill in the art the invention as set forth in claims 53, 54 and 66. Accordingly, we will not
sustain the Examiner’s rejection of claims 53, 54 and 66.
CONCLUSION
In view of the foregoing discussion, we have not sustained the Examiner’s decision
rejecting claims 51-68 under 35 USC 103. Therefore, we reverse.
