Therefore, since the examiner has presented no evidence that either the invention or
the prior art described in Iwahashi deflects their upper and lower flanges towards each
other over an entire circumference thereof, we find the examiner's arguments to be
unpersuasive.
Accordingly, we do not sustain the examiner’s rejection of claims 1-3 as rejected
under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by Iwahashi.
