                                      CONCLUSION                                       
               In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner                  
          rejecting claims 21 and 22 under 35 U.S.C. § 102 and rejecting               
          claims 3, 16-20 and 23-25 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed, but             
          is affirmed with respect to the rejection of claim 26 under 35               
          U.S.C. § 102.                                                                
               No time period for taking any subsequent action in                      
          connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                     
          § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
