Claims 1, 2, 5-8, 13, and 14 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.
§ 102(b) as being anticipated by Joshi.
Claims 1, 2, 5-8, 13, and 14 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103(a) as being unpatentable over Sakamoto and either of
Wong '643 or Wong IEEE.
