DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
final rejection of claims 1 through 20, all of which are pending
in this application.
We affirm.
Invention
Appellant’s invention relates generally to a method and
apparatus for performing dynamic power control of a processor
(300) based on the thermal condition of the processor. First, a
