                                             DECISION ON APPEAL                                                        
                        Appellants appeal under 35 U.S.C.  134 from a final rejection of                              
                 claims 1-12, 14-18, and 20, all the claims remaining in the application.  The                         
                 Examiner has rejected the claims as unpatentable under 35 U.S.C.  103(a).                            
                 We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C.  6(b).  We affirm.
