1. Claims 17-19, 21-23, 28, 33, and 36 are rejected under 35 U.S.C.
§ 102(b) as being unpatentable over Molnar I.
2. Claim 20 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable
over Molnar I in view of Nishida.
3. Claims 24-26 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over Molnar I in view of Horie.
4. Claim 27 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable
over Molnar I in view of Murata.
5. Claim 29 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable
over Molnar I in view of Bajaj.
6. Claims 30 and 31 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over Molnar I in view of Cook.
7. Claim 32 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable
over Molnar I in view of Chiddick.
