Appellants rely on the same contentions with respect to the grounds of
rejection of claims 3, 5, 8, 16 through 18, 20 through 24, and 30 through 36
under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) (Br. 10). Accordingly, for the above reasons we
affirmed these grounds of rejection.
The Primary Examiner’s decision is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a)(1)(iv) (2006).
