For the foregoing reasons, we find that the preponderance of evidence on
this record supports the rejection of claim 1 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being
unpatentable over the combination of Chao, Bokoch, Partridge, and Luchetti.
Accordingly, we affirm the rejection of claim 1 under 35 U.S.C. § 103. As
discussed supra, claims 2-4 and 16-22 fall together with claim 1.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this
appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
