combine MIGLYOL 812 and tocopherol PEG-1000 succinate in the form of
a composition comprising about 50% of each.
In view of the above, the rejection of the claims for obviousness
is reversed.
SUMMARY
The rejection of claims 104-108 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first
paragraph, as containing new matter is reversed. The indefiniteness
rejection of the claims is reversed. The obviousness rejection of the claims
is reversed.
