Appeal 2007-1914 Application 10/378,641 81. A link assembly for a vehicle suspension system comprising: a) a stud shaft provided with a threaded section; b) at least one sleeve nut threaded onto the stud shaft; c) a grommet seated on the sleeve nut; d) a spacer section on the stud shaft; and e) wherein the grommet and spacer section are provided with means for engaging an arm. Claims 1, 2, 15, 17, 23, 24, 26-28, 30, 33, 35, 36, 43-45, 47, 54-57, 70, 72, 73, 75, 76, 81, 83-86, and 92 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by Schwartz. 4.
