STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Kim and Lee (Appellants) appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
Examiner's Final Rejection of claims 1, 2, 4 through 7, 9 through 18, and 28
through 33, which are all of the claims pending in this application. We have
jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b). An oral hearing on this appeal was
