DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of claims 1-20.
We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b). We affirm.
STATEMENT OF CASE
Lung surfactants are used to treat infant respiratory distress syndrome
(Specification 1: 20-24), adult respiratory distress syndrome, and other
diseases associated with decreased natural lung surfactant (Specification 2:
32 to 3: 9). According to the Specification, current methods of delivering
