V. Conclusion
In summary, the decision of the Examiner (i) to reject claims 1-14 and
20-25 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as obvious over Broekhoven in view of
Yigong is affirmed; and, (ii) to reject claims 15-19 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
as obvious over Broekhoven in view of Yigong, as applied to claims 1 and 2,
and further in view of Holmes is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
