We find that Erickson describes the invention of claim 1. As
discussed above, claims 2-7 stand or fall with claim 1. Accordingly, the
rejection of claims 1-7 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv) (2006).
