Oregon Statutes - Chapter 351 - Higher Education Generally - Section 351.633 - Form of contract to be paid from Higher Education Capital Construction Fund.

Any contract entered into by the State Board of Higher Education to be paid from the Higher Education Capital Construction Fund for which there are insufficient funds therein at the time the contract is entered into must contain a provision authorizing cancellation thereof if the funds do not become available.
