Any person desiring to be a licensed dietitian shall apply in writing to the Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians in the form and manner provided by the board. Each application shall include or be accompanied by evidence, satisfactory to the board, that the applicant possesses the qualifications prescribed by ORS 691.435, 691.445 or 691.455.
