Oregon Statutes - Chapter 691 - Dietitians - Section 691.495 - Board meetings.

(1) The Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians shall hold at least two regular meetings each year as provided by rules adopted by the board.

(2) The board shall keep a record of all its proceedings under ORS 691.405 to 691.585.

(3) A quorum of four members of the board must be present to conduct the business of the meeting. [1989 c.487 §9]
