Oregon Statutes - Chapter 691 - Dietitians - Section 691.580 - Board duty to investigate complaints.

Upon receipt of a complaint under ORS 691.405 to 691.585, the Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians shall conduct an investigation as described under ORS 676.165. [1997 c.791 §51]
