Oregon Statutes - Chapter 691 - Dietitians - Section 691.955 - Civil penalty.

(1) Violation of any provision of ORS 691.415 to 691.545 is punishable by a civil penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $500.

(2) The Attorney General shall bring an action in the name of the State of Oregon in a court of appropriate jurisdiction to enforce any civil penalty imposed under this section. [1989 c.487 §16]
