- 4 - 1994, to the date of her death, decedent exhibited severely impaired cognitive skills, including poor short-term and long- term memory. Since the mid-1980's until the date of her death, decedent maintained a joint bank account at Seafirst Bank (Seafirst joint account) with Mr. Christensen and Ms. Hastie. At all times, all of the funds deposited in the Seafirst joint account belonged to decedent.
