Texas Education Code § 39.105 Campus Improvement Plan

Sec. 39.105. CAMPUS IMPROVEMENT PLAN. (a) This section applies if a campus performance satisfies performance standards under Section 39.054(e) for the current school year but would not satisfy performance standards under Section 39.054(e) if the standards to be used for the following school year were applied to the current school year. On request of the commissioner, the campus-level committee established under Section 11.251 shall revise and submit to the commissioner in an electronic format the portions of the campus improvement plan developed under Section 11.253 that are relevant to those areas for which the campus would not satisfy performance standards.

(b) If the campus to which this section applies is an open-enrollment charter school, the school shall establish a campus-level planning and decision-making committee as provided for through procedures as much as practicable the same as those provided by Sections 11.251(b)-(e) and develop a campus improvement plan as provided by Section 11.253. On request of the commissioner, the school shall submit to the commissioner in an electronic format the portions of the campus improvement plan that are relevant to those areas for which the campus would not satisfy performance standards.
