DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal from the examiner’s final
rejection of claims 1-20, all the claims pending in the
application. We affirm-in-part.
Appellant’s invention pertains to a tandem-engine propulsion
module for an aircraft (claims 1-6), a powered dry-wing aircraft
