For the foregoing reasons, we do not sustain the
rejection of claim 35.
Conclusion
The rejection of claims 31-34 and 36 under 35 U.S.C. §
103 as being unpatentable over Kato is affirmed.
The rejection of claim 35 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being
unpatentable over Kato and Sakaguchi is reversed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a)
