For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 3, 5
to 13, 16, 18, 19 and 21 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed.

17 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) is affirmed and the decision of the examiner to reject
