DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s rejection of claims 1, 3-7, 9-11, 13-17, 19-21, 23-27, and 29-41,
which constitute all the claims pending in this application.
The disclosed invention pertains to a system and method for providing
personalized customer support. Specifically, information is received from a
customer and the information evaluated. The system then identifies customer
support information relevant to the customer information and presents the
