In summary, we sustain the Examiner’s four stated rejections of
claims 3-17, 28-31 and 38-44 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a). The rejections of
these claims encompass all claims on appeal, and all rejections are affirmed.
Therefore, the decision of the Examiner is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a). See 37 C.F.R.
§ 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
