DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s rejection of claims 1-6, 14-17, and 19, which constitute all the claims
pending in this application.
The disclosed invention pertains to an offset printing press with plate
cylinders on which an image is provided and corresponding blanket cylinders.
The plate cylinders’ circumference has at least a 2:1 relationship with the blanket
cylinders’ circumference. By providing a larger plate cylinder circumference,
