CONCLUSION
The rejection of claims 39-45 under 35 U.S.C 103(a) for obviousness over
Tomes in view of Strauch is affirmed. The double patenting rejections are
affirmed. The Appeal has been dismissed with respect to claims 20-22, 25-38, 46,
and 47.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this
appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
