1 For these reasons, we sustain the Examiner’s rejection of claims 11-36
2 and 38.
3 E. Decision
4 Upon consideration of the record, and for the reasons given, the
5 Examiner’s rejections are affirmed-in-part.
6 The Examiner’s rejection of claims 1-10 and 37 under 35 U.S.C.
7 § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Iwamura in view of Montgomery is
8 reversed.
9 The Examiner’s rejection of claims 11-36 and 38 under 35 U.S.C.
10 § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Iwamura in view of Montgomery is
11 affirmed.
12 No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection
13 with this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
