Oregon Statutes - Chapter 452 - Vector and Weed Control - Section 452.580 - Disposition of moneys collected or received by department.

All charges, fees, costs or other moneys collected or received by the department, resulting from the operation or enforcement of ORS 452.510 to 452.590, shall be paid to the State Treasurer, to be deposited in the General Fund to the credit of the Department of Agriculture Account. All sums so received are continuously appropriated to the department for use in the administration of ORS 452.510 to 452.590. [1957 c.450 §10]
