As used in ORS 452.610 to 452.630 and 452.990 (2), unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) “Department” means the State Department of Agriculture.
(2) “Person” means any individual, partnership, association, corporation, the federal government, or any of its agencies, the State of Oregon, or any of its agencies, or any city, county, district or municipal corporation of this state. [1975 c.555 §2]
