Oregon Statutes - Chapter 452 - Vector and Weed Control - Section 452.590 - Injunction proceedings; jurisdiction; suits and actions by department.

The circuit court is vested with jurisdiction to restrain any violations, or threatened violations, or to issue any order necessary for the department in carrying out the provisions of ORS 452.510 to 452.590, upon suit or action by the department. In any such suit or action, the district attorney of the county where such action is instituted, or the Attorney General shall represent the department. [1957 c.450 §11]
