                    In view of the foregoing, the decision of the                     
          Examiner rejecting claims 2, 11-15, 17 and 55 under 35 U.S.C.               
          § 102(b)                                                                    
          and claims 3-5, 16, 20-26, 60 and 61 under 35 U.S.C. § 103                  
          is affirmed; however, the decision of the Examiner rejecting                
          claims 6-10, 27, 28 and 31 is reversed.                                     
                    No time period for taking any subsequent action in                
          connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                    
          § 1.136(a).
