The Cook compositions contain (col. 3, lines 40-52; emphasis added): a. 0.5 to 4% by weight of a nonionic surfactant; b. at least 0.1% by weight of a disinfectant compound; c. 3 to 7% by weight of an organic acid selected from the group consisting of a lower aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, dicarboxylic acid and mixtures thereof; and d. optionally, 0 to 2% of an acid stable cationic or anionic soil releasing agent. 41. The nonionic surfactants include those made from C -C alcohols ethoxylated with 6 ethoxyethylene radicals 9 11 (col. 5, line 30). 42.
