Appeal No. 1999-0162 Application No. 08/414,248 Turning to a consideration of the Examiner’s 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejections of dependent claims 42, 43, and 45 in which the Lee, Rudy, and Takemasa references are individually added, respectively, to the combination of Motoyoshi and Ishibashi, we do not sustain these rejections as well. It is apparent from the Examiner’s analysis (Answer, pages 7-10) that the Lee, Rudy, and Takemasa references are relied on solely to address the locking, alignment, and orientation features of dependent claims 42, 43, and 45.
