CONCLUSION
In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner
rejecting claims 1 through 8 under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102 and 103 is
reversed. The decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 3 and 6
through 8 under 35 U.S.C. § 112 is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
