DECISION ON APPEAL
This appeal involves a claim to an alkylated amine functional
macromolecule. The Examiner has rejected this claim as obvious. We have
jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 134. We affirm.
BACKGROUND
Macromolecules include dendrimers and hyperbranched polymers.
