       9          05. Frengut is directed towards a network interface tailored in appearance       
       10           and content to a consumer's specifications, to provide advertisers with a      
       11           targeted audience of consumers having an increased likelihood of               
       12           interest in an advertisement or commercial content (Frengut ¶[0008]).          
       13         06. The effect of Frengut is to provide a forum for buyers and sellers to        
       14           interact while satisfying the preferences of both parties simultaneously,      
       15           in contrast with conventional advertising and marketing models (Frengut        
       16           ¶[0008]).                                                                      
       17         07. Frengut’s customized interface is achieved by generating a computer          
       18           file based on information about the user and advertisement. Information        
       19           about the user comprises a user profile including any preferences for          
       20           content or layout of the page. The user profiles and ad profiles are           
       21           compared to determine matches according to prescribed parameters that          
       22           dictate how to relate information between the two types of profiles. A         
       23           match is determined where the ad is consistent with the user's                 
       24           preferences as defined in their respective profiles. (Frengut ¶[0009]).
