          35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Ning,                         
          Hanagasaki, Brower, and Winnerl et al.  The rejection of claim              
          31 was withdrawn in the answer.                                             
               Rather than reiterate the arguments of Appellants and the              
          Examiner, reference is made to the brief and answer for the                 
          respective details thereof.                                                 


                                       OPINION                                        
               We will not sustain the rejection of claims 21-27, 29,                 
          30, 32-40, 43 and 44 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a).                              
               The Examiner has failed to set forth a prima facie case.
