In view of the above, we therefore affirm the rejection of
claims 33 and 43.
II. Conclusion
The 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 26-44 as being
obvious over Schar in view of Bearinger and Mase is affirmed.

connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
